The establishment may charge the corresponding amount in accordance with the reservation conditions.
Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
In case of cancellation less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival, the guest will forfeit the amount paid in advance, with a minimum charge equivalent to one (1) night's stay.
In case of no-show or early departure, the total amount of the reserved stay will be charged.
Prepaid Non-Refundable Rate
The total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of reservation confirmation.
This rate does not allow cancellations, modifications, or refunds.
In case of cancellation, no-show, or early departure, the establishment will retain 100% of the total amount of the stay.
